I am a user-experience & service designer, with experiences in field observations, ethnology & industrial design.
Born and raised on the french west coast, I have been graduated in 2015, after 3 years of basics at l’Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique, in France, and a 2 years Master’s degree program in Shanghai, China. I’m currently working at Les Sismo, in Paris, after a 4 years experience at InProcess.
My aim is to build user-centric experiences linked to services, products and interfaces. I am using my background in design, co-creation tools and a user centric approach lead by anthropology and observations to create experiences catering the users needs.
I used this approach within many projects, with public services, NGOs, start-ups and with many groups, such as RATP, Orange, Otis, La Poste, PSA Peugeot Citroen, L’Oréal, Kingfisher, La Banque Postale, Les Mousquetaires, Nestlé, Monoprix, Michelin, AFP, Tupperware, Carte Noire, …
I’m also a member of Produits Frais, an industrial design & creative collective.
